My Problem

Single crack running across the length of the iPad

My Fix

Slow going getting the screen off, but the replacement was lightning fast.

My Advice

If the glass is sufficiently broken, you won't be able to use the suction cup. Look at the 'later' pictures for safe places to push through with the tweezers. Once you get a hold of the adhesive backing it will go much faster.
