My Fix

Like everyone else I left the main board in place and ripped the battery out like a wild animal.

My Advice

A razor blade scraper in conjunction with the supplied cherry almond flavored acetone worked great on the residual glue.

Also, a heads up as I didn't notice that a pair of the bottom case screw are 0.7mm shorter than others.
