My Problem
Screen cracked in multiple locations.
My Fix
Overall it went well. Only issue that I ran into was with lifting the screen with the suction cup given how extensively damaged the screen was. It could not hold suction since the cracks in the screen allowed air flow. Furthermore, the screen glass began to crumble where the spudger was supposed to be inserted to begin separating it from the rest of the phone. To overcome this I used tape on the broken screen to provide a better suction surface and then just wedged in the spudger to get the display to seperate.
My Advice
Use an iOpener kit.
