Nexus 4 screen and tools arrived promptly and after following the repair video, the new screen works. Now I just need to get the software updated so the Google colored circles quit moving and the system boots up.

My Advice
Remove the sim card FIRST and the back cover is alot easier to remove. Do not skip the step or shorten the suggestion to heat the screen to remove it. If you fail to do so, the seal that keeps water from entering the case will be stretched out of shape or worse you will break the case. be sure to seat all the boards and secure them with the screws to allow the back cover to tightly close.
