My Problem
Had the phone for a few years and the battery just couldnt keep up anymore and i had to recharge it three times a day. My home button was broken too so i took to opportunity to replace both.
My Fix
Very straightforward following the guide. A few complications showed up but managed to get it all under control. First time opening an iphone hut ive switched the lcd and home button on an old ipod touch a while back.
My Advice
Read in advance, do not do it step by step without knowing what the next step is. Use a piece of paper to mark what part is what as you take it out.
