Fixing the Lightning Connector

My Problem

My Lightning connector stopped working and the Apple Store would not replace it so I had to.

My Fix

For the most part it went well. Separating the screen was tough and a few screws were hard to get out. After I got it all put back together it worked so I was successful.

My Advice

Have patience, stay focused, and be organized when doing it. For each step with screws, I put them in different ziploc bags. It's a lot of bags but really helps keep you organized for when you put it back together.
