My Problem
I needed to replace the battery because the phone would die before the end of the day - it was time.
My Fix
The repair went smoothly - I had previously replaced the LCD with another iFixIt guide and was already familiarized with the phone's internals.
My Advice
This is one of the easier repairs - doing these repairs myself was intimidating at first, but with a bit of patience and practice I have gotten through them. It is fun tinkering and fulfilling to be able to do these things myself. I love the artwork on the branded packaging - it totally encompasses the feeling of empowerment you get from being more self-sufficient with these repairs.
