My Problem
The screen was cracked and lcd was broken
My Fix
Went extreamly well, phone is now working at 100%
My Advice
Be extreamly carfull with the home button and make sure to heat up the glue so home button comes off easily. Also make sure that the battery is disconnected from the phone throught the repair.
