My Problem
Battery life of the phones were very short after 3 years in use.
My Fix
I had to replace 3 batteries. The first iPhone 5s was difficult as the adhesive strips broke. I had to pry out the battery with a card. Battery got deformed along the way.
The second and third battery was easier to replace.
My Advice
Take your time to remove the adhesive strips. I find it the only difficult part in the process.
