My Problem
The battery was toast. 2 hours between charges, always died at 35%.
My Fix
Simple enough. I love that the kit also included replacement philips head screws to replace the non-standard case screws. The left and center adhesive strip broke, but I was able to fish them out without bending the battery up too much.
My Advice
The only real problem I had was with the adhesive strip install. It was a little confusing and if you touch the adhesive strip AT ALL it will immediately deform. They are insanely thin and delicate.
