My Problem
The screen on my husbands iPhone 6 was cracked about 6 months ago, one hard drop on our tile pushed the screen over the edge and we got those blue lines and touch capabilities were no longer working.
My Fix
The screen I ordered was perfect, I have done a few screen replacements prior to this one so I didn't really use the fix it guides. However, I did peek at them and they were spot on and easy to follow. The screen I ordered said it came with the toolkit to fix the screen. When it showed up there were no tools in the box. Luckily for me, I had the tools on hand.
My Advice
Make sure you get the tools you need for the job when you do an at home repair. Like I stated previously, the screen I ordered was kind of deceiving. The pictures of what I was ordering showed the tools in the box with the screen, but when it got here there were no tools, just a screen. Not a biggie for me, but for others it might be.
