HD ribbon change

My Problem

Symptom was spinning wheel of death. Had a newer SSD, so likely culprit was HD ribbon that had been replaced with a salvage part earlier

My Fix

Repair went like clockwork, good directions. Even got the cover screws right. Replacement ribbon came with optical bar already mounted, so didn't have to fiddle with that.

My Advice

Clean the old glue off before peeling back and sticking down the new little optics cable under the HD. Wasn't sure what to use to soften/remove glue.
