My Problem
Battery capacity dropped below 25% (after 2 years and 800 charge cycles).
My Fix
Pretty smooth, all the parts were there. A little tricky getting the factory adhesive strips off from behind the battery (they broke on me on the first gentle tug). Gingerly digging around with tweezers was sufficient to pull an end from the side of the battery and get the battery out. Solid tools and instructions.
My Advice
Go slow removing the adhesive, but also be aware it can be brittle and tear on you no matter how gentle you are. Even then you can still get it out with a little manhandling of the battery.
