Macbook Pro 13" w/ Retina Display

My Problem

I spilled water on my Macbook Pro a couple of months ago, it shut off immediately but shortly after I dried it off I noticed that I could still use it only if it was on the charger. I took my laptop to the Apple store where I waited for hours just for them to tell me that the whole hard-drive needed to be replaced costing about $700.

My Fix

The repair was difficult for me but I reluctantly have a family member who was able to quickly replace the battery for me..

My Advice

Strongly recommended looking at other options such as iFixit before throwing your money away!
