My Problem
We have an iPhone 6s that just passed the 1-year warranty mark, completely died and could not get it to come back to life. I tried all of the trouble shooting tips I found online and then attempted Apple support. Apple wanted to charge me over $300 to fix or replace it.
My Fix
I ordered a new battery replacement kit from iFixit. Just changed the battery and we are back in business. It was quick and easy. Thank you for your great products, tools and step by step instructions.
My Advice
I have a magnifying headset that I used to complete this repair, which helped immensely to see the small screws. I highly recommend.
