iPhone 5s screen replace successful.

My Problem

I dropped the phone but the LCD didn't crack. However, the screen stopped responding to touch on 1/3 of it. Could not unlock the phone to use it due to half of my pass code being in the non responsive area.

My Fix

Repair was ok. The step-by-step instructions were helpful. I made a mistake when installing the 4 screws that cover the connectors for the screen camera and earpiece. Attention needs to be paid to which screws go where. The phone was stuck in a boot cycle until I rearranged those screws to where they need to go.

My Advice

Pay attention to which screw goes where. Very important!
