My Problem
I got the iMac at my Dad's university for free, but the hard drive was dead. I wanted to get it up and running, so I decided to replace the hard drive.
My Fix
It went smoothly, the only hitch I encountered was removing the bezel, which required some force and a flat head screwdriver.
My Advice
The only advice I have for others is to buy the cheapest kit with 2 suction cups and some screwdriver kit, You don't need to spend $60 on some kit.
