Replacement of a Macbook dead battery

My Problem

The macbook battery was dead

My Fix

The repair was easy. I'm not particularly gifted working with physical tools but didn't have any trouble following the very clear instructions from IFIXIT. The macbook is brand new again.

My Advice

I live in Brazil and paid more than 100% in import taxes for the material sent. Still didn't check if I would get a better price if I had sent the macbook to a local Apple shop. Apple surely charges high for their services but companies stablished locally do have import advantages. It would be great if IFIXIT works on the logistics to lower the supply costs for the Brazilian market.
