Salvage the Home button!

My Problem

My digitizer glass was shattered, so scraping out a million shards was the only way to disassemble.

My Fix

The repair guide and parts were still 90% useful.

My Advice

I wish I paid more attention to exactly how the old Home button and cable were folded and tucked away during the tear apart. It was a a bit of a fluke that the button worked after reassembly, I figure. Wish the guide zoomed in on that detail.
