My Problem
Tracking pad was not working with "tapping." Not holding a charge for more than an hour. Battery only holding 53% charge.
My Fix
Very nice—with the help of an Apple staff person who showed me what I needed, where to order it, including the special 3 prong screw driver, and how to access the instructions on line. I am 78 years old and was very apprehensive about doing this "fixit". My computer was a 2009, which the Apple store was not equipped to do the work.
My Advice
"Be patient and go slow with instruction when assisting us "older folks". That helped me so much that the instructions were so simple.
