My Problem
GoPro case cracked and flooded during diving.
My Fix
Repair went well. This is the 3rd GoPro i have repaired, so disassembly and reassembly went quick.
My Advice
On your first attempt go slow so you don't tear the ribbon cables out or break the faceplate. If I remember right, the guide doesn't mention the screw that holds the motherboard to the camera front panel—so make sure you take that out before you try to remove it.

The guides are actually editable. So, you can actually add a bullet point to the guide about the un-mentioned screw!
