Too much force.

My Problem

The battery was completely dead.

My Fix

Every thing went well except I used too much force to open the phone and I tore the ribbon cable that was from the dock connected to the part of the screen.

My Advice

The first thing that can go wrong is prying of the screen and ripping off the ribbon cable. Brace yourself and be gentle.
