My Problem
The original battery had died because my sister kept it plugged into the wall 80% of the time.
As for the razer laptop, My friend wanted to put an m.2 ssd in it.
My Fix
The repair was easy. The hardest part was removing the battery from the phone because the strip snapped.
My Advice
If the adhesive strip ever snaps, what I did was use a spare credit card to push the tape off of the bottom of the battery from the side of the phone that the volume up and down are. Then, when there was enough lift for me to hold the battery, I slowly lifted it out of the case by hand. There will be some flex in the card and case, so be aware. Also, use a card that is not necessary because it might snap or deform irrecoverably. Also, make sure that you place the battery as close to the side of the phone rather than the middle, so that there is no problem with the battery connector. I placed mine too close to the circuit board and there was some difficulty forcing the connector on. Thankfully, it held.
