Broken Screen and Digitizer
My Fix
Follwed instructions exactly, had to figure out a way to get glass up with broken screen, used glue to stick suction cup to glass. There was some adhesive left from the old screen that made it hard to install the screen, removed adhesive and it fit perfect. After installation was complete, the camera was freezing up. Apple just released an update, which corrected the problem.
My Advice
Suction cup wouldn't stick to broken glass. Applied glue to area and installed suction cup. Worked great! The total repair time was actually about 45 minutes longer, I couldn't find any glue!
