My Problem
My son is 12 years old. He is the owner of this phone. We did a complete screen replacement and button replacement. Then he decided the battery was not holding a charge. I sat down with him on the first 2 repairs. He did the battery replacement himself. Make no mistake, if you are in a rush or do not have patients this task will be difficult for you. If you take time and follow instructions as we did you will be successful.
My Fix
the re3pair went well. He had the phone up and running before I got home from work.
My Advice
Yes, follow the instructions on U-tube or from fixit. Lay everything out before hand. Put items back tin the same place you took them out of. Make sure all ribbons are correctly connected. Test before securing the the screws.
