My Problem
The battery in my daughter's phone was going bad; showing 80% and then dropping to 30% over a 2 minute span.
My Fix
It went well. I'm glad I read that you didn't need to remove the three video cables if you felt comfortable supporting the screen while disconnecting and replacing the battery. The less cables I need to disconnect and reconnect, the better.
My Advice
Don't remove the video cables like it shows in the video. Have somebody hold the screen at a less-than-90-degree angle while you swap out the battery.
