My Problem
My battery life was completely random. It might last half a day, or 2 hours. Sometimes it would just shut down with 75% showing on the screen while i was taking a picture.
My Fix
The repair was pretty straight forward. I was fairly nervous, but having all the correct tools in the repair kit helped immensely! I was encouraged by the note on the opening flap saying, "You got this." The spare screws were a thoughtful touch, i have kept them for any future maintenance.

Equipment - perfect, every tool required for the repair
Instructions - clear and concise. The battery replacement video didn't state how to put the phone back together, but that's a very minor point. Plus, there was a note on how to calibrate the new battery - perfect.
Follow up - yes, excellent experience. I almost want to replace another component on my phone to experience your service again!
