All is not lost!

My Problem

USB charging jack in my HTC One M8 was broken.

My Fix

All in all the repair is pretty straight forward, taking my time I finished in ~40 mins.

My Advice

Screw mats are the best tool for this and any other repairs with many different sized screws. Label the mat before you start the repair.
