My Problem
My phone's battery wasn't holding a charge, just not dead yet.
My Fix
This was the second battery change (in this household) in three months. Battery arrived and was handed off ( along with the tools) to the experienced one. Voila! It was done in a snap - much quicker than the first time - because now he's a pro.
My Advice
Patience, though I don't remember too much grumbling with the first one maybe just rereading the instructions.
