I drop my phone and my tactic engine had a ratting sound. Now it's back to normal after the fix.

Very smooth and easy. I often repair my own devices so I'm very familiar with the process
My Advice
Just remember that's iPhone 6s/plus have the sealant around the cover so it a little tougher to get off
