My Problem
Battery had stopped holding a charge.
My Fix
Easy to do if you have worked on a few phones before. I have had a few thousand phones apart. With every new model they get harder to get apart.
My Advice
Be careful pulling the front display up from the rest of the phone using the suction cup. Once it's free from the case care needs to be taken with the cables and connectors. Follow the guide.
