My Advice
Read, Read again and Re-read instructions and Note the tips from users. Add user notes to instructions at proper step to avoid mistakes. Steps sometimes out of logical sequence and user tips do help. Some steps unnecessary based on user tips. Patience, good lighting, and steady hands are necessary.
Since the introduction of the iPhone SE, I would strongly recommend that the entire instruction sequence be replaced to include the tips from users—where valid—and to correct mistakes and inconsistencies between the video and written instructions. Also use a white bezel iPhone for photos (higher contrast) to better show the steps. Bad lighting and black iPhone bezels don't make for clear photos.
Overall the instructions are good, but there is definite need for improvement due to iPhone SE extending the life of this repair.
