My Problem
The phone had a cracked screen from being dropped.
My Fix
Using iFixit's part and their Pro Toolkit the replacement was a breeze.
My Advice
Be sure to keep all your screws organized and disassemble in a methodical pattern. That way when closing up the phone you won't have to wonder which screw belongs where.
