My Problem
the battery did not last the day, and in the cold weather in Iceland it died even at 50% charge
My Fix
Had no problem opening up the phone. When putting it back together the touch screen did not work and there where white lines on it. Took the phone once more apart made sure all connections where ok, but after assembly it had the same problem. Until then I had only watched the video on you page but noticed that there where much better instructions further down the page. Studied those and opened the phone once more. Then I noticed that there where 3 connectors on the screen I connected them all. I also found out that the screws where diffrent sizes. After this third assembly the phone was working perfectly. Now the battery lasts almost 2 days and survives the cold!!
My Advice
There are 3 connectors on the screen and there are better instructions than only the video
