My Problem
the internal battery was done and needed to be replace - costes here were extremly high
My Fix
was very easy! took a while to find the correct screwdriver - BUY THE OFFERED SCHREWDRIVER!- opened the metal case, the old battery pulled out very easyliy as instructed in the video and shut it back closed - 2 different screws so be prepared w the right tools - total of aprox 15
My Advice
buy the tools offered! i had to shop 5 different stores for the specific screwdriver
