My Problem
Battery wouldn't hold charge for long.
My Fix
Screen came right off with the tool and a little umph. The video was great. Just watch, then pause it as you go through each step individually. The screen wiring harnesses look and feel delicate but they are pretty sturdy. When re-attaching the connectors, align then push down firmly until it clicks. It has to click or you'll be opening it back up again.
My Advice
Work over a towel or special pad to keep the screws from rolling off the work surface if they fall. They are super small. And don't drop the screws in the phone. Also note screws that are different lengths. Check the color coding on the install guide to see which is which.
