My Problem
The user had dropped their iPad and shattered the screen. There was a chunk missing from the top.
My Fix
I was unable to repair it and had to recycle the iPad. The issue I ran in to was that with a screen as broken as theirs and the glue holding down the screen it was pretty much imposable to fix. In the end I not only got broken glass in my eye (I got it out) but when I did get the screen off all the cables came with it.
My Advice
The hot pad that they give you is a great idea, but for my repair it didn't work at all. It did make it a little easer to get off, but I believe the screen was too far gone for a repair.
