Hardest part was those dumb glue strips!!!

My Problem

My Mom got the iPhone 6 and I wanted her 5c to use as an iPod (as my 4th gen iTouch is obsolete) . She was having battery issues but I thought once I wiped it all would be fine. My friend told me about your site and for $30 I figured it was worth a shot. Thanks for saving me $300.

My Fix

Aside from removing the glue strips and those ridiculously TINY screws it was very easy. It made me feel like I could save the world. I took a nap instead but still ...

My Advice

DON'T LET THE GLUE STRIPS TEAR WHEN PULLING THEM UP. I'm not a spatial thinker so the directions on how to remove them made no sense. After going through it, I understand what I did wrong. If you do rip them, just pull real hard but carefully and the battery will come off.
