My Problem
project was to restore a vintage blueberry ibook, with failing hard drive and destroyed keyboard. combined parts from 2 units.
My Fix
as always, the tools and guides are just right.
My Advice
watch the clutch covers, and be careful with the plastics. The original iBooks are very hardy, but use the spudger sparingly when aligning plastics - don't used any metal tools. Also, be very careful when routing cables to prevent pinching cables and bulging the plastic top case
