My Fix
Repair was relatively straightforward. I have repaired numerous 5S displays and found the 6S to be easier.
My Advice
I do my work on white paper that I tape to a table surface so that I can see the screws once removed. I organize them on the white paper with double-stick tape so that I don't lose the correct orientation knowing some screws are of different lengths.
