My Problem
Battery was lasting about 1/2 of the time it did when new.
My Fix
Good, except for when the tabs for the adhesive strips tore off instead of pulling the glue strips out.
My Advice
If the adhesive strip tabs rip off, you can slowly unglue the battery by using the flat end of the spudger.
Start at the bottom end of the phone and apply firm pressure to the spudger. This will wedge it between the battery and the case and undo the glue. Swap back and forth between each glue strip and slowly wedge the battery up without bending it past a gentle curve.
Once the battery is free, I set it outside in case it wanted to burst into flames. Once the new battery was installed and nothing happened to the old battery, it was safe to recycle properly.
