My Problem
Needed to replace the RAM and Hard drive on a late 2013 iMac - a device rated as "get a professional" due to the sealed nature of the iMac.
My Fix
Wonderful. Thee tool to seep rate the iMac display from its back is nothing short of revolutionary. The "pizza cutter" is light years ahead of the "guitar pick" prybar. I can open an iMac in about 3 minutes safely and neatly with the tool. This is my third iMac repair using your kits and they work flawlessly.
My Advice
The step by step instructions are great - read them from start to finish before starting project to avoid any surprises.
