Opened a hard drive

Scott Washington -

My Problem

I wanted to test out my new driver kit, so I reached for the closest thing with screws in it. It just happened to be an old western digital hard drive.

My Fix

It went well. Some of the screws were in there pretty tight. But the driver kit got it done.

My Advice

If you plan to open a hard drive, make sure it's one you don't need anymore. It may not work after you're done. Mine was already dead so I just went for it. For science.
