MacBook Pro hard drive replacement

My Problem

MacBook wouldn't boot up any longer.

My Fix

Swapping the hard drive was real easy. Getting the OS loaded took a little more effort.

My Advice

Don't forget to format then new drive. Once I figured that out, things went much better, but it still took two tries to get the OS downloaded. The bonus, if you can call it that, is that the old drive can be read when connected on USB. I'm glad I bought the external case.
