My Advice

I removed the glass with a hobby heat gun. The glass also broke the antenna. After removing the glass, I took the screw out that hold the antenna and pulled up the wire very easy. I cut the wire to the antenna about 1 inch from the iPad . I then put heat shrink on the wire before I solider the new antenna on to the old wire. Then I used the heat gun and on the heat shrink. I reinstalled the antenna with the screws,reinstalled the glass and ribbon tape as they said. Works great,about 20 minutes
