My girlfriend dropped the phone and broke the screen
My Fix
To lift the screen it's necessary to apply a good amount of force and I was afraid to break it even more. After that it all went smooth right as the guide says.
My Advice
Be careful with the screws. They are really small and not always attach to magnetized screwdriver. I almost lose one.
