Another smooth replacement thanks to ifixit.

My Problem

Macbook Air battery was not holding a charge.

My Fix

This was a 10 minute swap. The screw drivers recommended by ifixit are a must.

My Advice

Double check that you are ordering the correct battery. The first part of the model number matches multiple years for the Air. I didn't know this and ordered the wrong battery. It is the exact same battery, but the cable is moved over about 3". ifixit swapped it out very quickly for me.

I highly recommend a screw storage / tracking system during the repair. These suckers are tiny, and there are 4 or 5 different screw types.
