My Problem
There was issue with current battery installed on iPhone 5
My Fix
I've opened the iPhone 5 by following your instructions (and of course your tools) then replaced the battery successfully although I was not so confinement due iPhone parts sensitivity
My Advice
I would recommend anyone who need to do repair to follow specifically the instruction that has been given by you and he should hopefully accomplish his repair successfully
