My Problem
The factory battery stopped holding a charge. I had to keep it plugged in in order to use it.
My Fix
The repair was very easy. I had gotten very good at switching out batteries. I purchased a replacement battery that was cheaper than what you sell yours for and had different challenges so I switched back to the factory battery, gave the replacement battery one more try, went back to the factory battery and then replaced it with a quality battery from you!
My Advice
iFixit has great products. Just because something might have a better price tag it is not a guarantee that it will be a quality product. Sometimes paying more up front is worth it in the long run.
