My Problem
Cracked screen, phone dropped one too many times and didn't have proper protective case on at the time.
My Fix
Went smoothly with iSlack to take the phone apart. Why do you have to keep updating your phones with more and more Glued parts thought, Apple?
My Advice
Take is slowly and be patient with the heat bag on the glue components, along with the removal of the parts. They are very, very delicate.
